Don’t really know why I’m posting this but i’m really proud of my progress so far. I know its not loooads for 4 months but it’s a start! Only posting my back progress atm because that’s all i’m comfortable with.
This was from September around 150lbs -to January 135lbs. I’ve gone through phases the last 4 months of being low and high, low and high and i’m hoping this time I can do it and stick to it. I’m getting a lot better at exercising every day and eating well…the eating well can get really hard for me at times but i’m learning to say no to bad foods! :)
Hopefully i’ll be posting a better progress pic soon!
